After retiring from Torrens Transit as Volvo B58-H 1355, this bus got purchased by Nowra Coaches (Nowra NSW), and operated for years as a school bus, with minor modifications such as an additional seat at the front of the bus (where the luggage rack went), wig wag school bus lighting, and a disabled rear door.

After it’s service life in Nowra completed, 1355 was secured for preservation and made the trip back to SA.

After some mechanical attention from the owners and friends, 1355 is now historically registered, and ready for it’s repaint into the Brown Bomber livery.
